Position : Director of Food and Beverage
Education and Experience :
Min Diploma 3 in F and B Management or degree in Hotel and Tourism
Management from well university. Have 4 years as Director of Food
and Beverage with Restaurant and Bar Management progression.

Special Condition :
Track record in training through high ratings for customer service.
A proven success in F and B marketing and revenue development.
A proven success in F and B cost control.
Worked with an Executive Chef reporting to him.
Willingness to develop career with HPL. Job stability in career movement

Other Skills :
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Effective computer skills.
knowledge of accounting program and budget analysis.
Highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and attitude.
