Lowongan Kerja : Director of Human Capital and Development
Job Description :
He or she will responsible to set strategies and develop policies,
standards, system and processess that implement these strategies
in whole range of areas.

Education and Experience :
You should a Master degree S2 majoring in Psychology or Law
or S1 degree with related professional training.
Have at least 8 years experience in Human Capital and Development
or Resources Management.
Have exp in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
and other Human Capital and Development programs.

Knowledge and Skills :
Strong knowledge of the Indonesian labor laws.
Above average oral and written communications skills. broad knowledge
and exp in compensation, organizational planning, organizational
development, employee relations, safety and training and development.
Can demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Capital and
Development staff members.
